How this usually goes
Constitutional litigation is the ultimate check against administrative excess. We invoke the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court of Sindh under Article 199 of the Constitution of Pakistan to challenge arbitrary, illegal, or ultra vires acts of executive and revenue authorities, enforce fundamental rights, and seek writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus, and habeas corpus.
